Welcome to the official site of the Kosovo Rugby Federation, the national governing body for grassroots and elite rugby in Kosovo.

Our purpose is to encourage rugby, and its values, to flourish across Kosovo and the region.

The Kosovo Rugby Federation is accredited by the Kosovo Olympic Committee and the Kosovo Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport. The Kosovo Rugby Federation is a member of Rugby Europe.

Last sunday October 22nd The Rugby Federation of Kosovo hosted the Mini Rugby World Cup Kosovo School edition. The Tournament was a great success.

Over 100 young rugby players from 7 different schools, representing 8 different countries, took part in the competition.

At the end of a full day of rugby, our World Cup placement was:

1. New Zealand – SHFMU “Bajram Curri” Sllatinë e Madhe Slatina;

2. Japan – ShFMU “Faik Konica” Pristina;

3. England – Princeton School of Prishtina Pristina.

Thanks to all the teams, including Argentina – SHFMU “Faik Konica”, Fiji – SHFMU “Meto Bajraktari” – Prishtinë , France – Prishtina High School , Ireland – Shkolla Model “Qamil Batalli” – Prishtinë and Italy – @SH.M.U “Emin Duraku”- Gjakova, who played with all their hearts. Special thanks to all those who encouraged and supported the games!

Rugby Europe League Mev XV:

Second Rugby Europe Development league will be taking place in Pristina on December 3rd. The Kosovo national team will face the National team of Montenegro. The game will be played at Haivalja Stadium. Kick off at 13:00.

Kids Winter league:

Next tournaments for our youth will be in February 2024. Our Bobcats, Bear Cubs and Jakova will face each other in Pristina dn Gjakova in an indoor tournament.
